Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Lovebox in its original packaging, ensuring all cables and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
